I'm looking for people who are into mountain biking or cras road cycling.. I'm forty and I have been cycling al lot but trying to get myself into cross country mountain biking.. Please help of u can ? I'll take suggestions if u have any ...

    What is cras cycling? Not familiar with that term.

    I suspect he means cyclocross.

    I ride a cyclocross bike but at the moment I am just a poser as there are no cyclocross events near me. I mainly ride pavement - for fitness/recreation - and participate in duathlons.
