I came across this after overcoming the majority of my binge eating issues. I used some of these tips along the way.0 -
This is my breakfast. 20 grams oats, 6 cashew nuts, an egg, 2 teaspoons olive oil, a chopped apple, a cup of light soy milk. I mix and cook it. Make sure the egg is well cooked. That is so filling that it sees me through to morning tea which is a cup of black tea and a banana. I eat enough calories so I don't feel hungry. That means I lose weight very slowly but I don't usually binge any more. The trap is when I get too tired so I try to go to bed by 9pm most nights. Another trap is getting stressed so I try to meditate twice a day. Also walking helps. Another problem is feeling deprived so I try to catch up with friends regularly and have fun with them. When there are cakes etc at work I take a photo of them. When I look at all the photos on my phone, I can see the fat splats that I've dodged and I feel so glad I did. For me it's a whole of life issue so I am trying to steadily change my habits. You can stop bingeing if you are kind and supportive to yourself.0
