    gosh there are soo many things you could make... :smiley:
    I love Jamie Oliver's or Mary Berry recipes, they are so simple and mostly they use ingredients we already use.
    Have fun with it, I find myself watching cookery programmes to get some new ideas.

    Italian food recipes. :) I love spaghetti with some meat, and you can freeze it (but I don't freeze the pasta/macaroni).

    Have a look at my diary. It's public and I have a very high calorie allowance. I am trying to lose but have a high activity level so my meals might give you some ideas.

    Make whatever you like with full-fat versions of ingredients. Use real butter and oil, whole milk or cream, full-fat cheeses, sour cream, don't pick the leanest meats.
