Hello,
Can anyone tell me how I can adjust my allowed daily calories on here so it reflects my breastfeeding calorie mark? For instance, I need 1800 calories daily to lose weight yet maintain my supply.

I think you can adjust your calorie goal in "Goals" section. I had to up mine to 2000 to keep my supply (eating between 1800 and 2000). I've lost 30 lbs in 3 months.0
