Any Suggestions to keep up with the diet plan

Hi All

I started tracking my diet about month and a half ago and I lost about 3-4 kgs but now It's becoming difficult, I am starving more than before and not seeing results as well. It seems like the weight is kind of stuck to where it is now.

Any suggestions to fight with my hunger and any good low fat, low calories food to keep up with my calories intake per day.
