Self sabotage

Over the past year i have suffered from binge eating. This got really bad over the summer until Christmas where i gained about 20lbs. Since the new year I have trained for and run a half marathon and the binges went almost completely. However over the past 3 weeks, no longer training, they have started sneaking back in again. I'm just so scared of going backwards. Any advice?

Maybe set another goal for yourself. Not necessarily running another marathon but some goal you want to reach like running a faster mile or being able to lift more weight. I feel like its easier to keep up with your fitness if youre striving to reach goals. It sounds like training for a marathon kept you motivated to stay on track nutritionally, so setting a different goal might work as well0
