Just started Monday and iam eating less however going over slightly on my fat intake and sugars. Any suggestions ?

    Answer to your questions:
    _ I do no track "sugar" content at MFP. I have replaced it with "Fiber". MFP does not differentiate between sugar from fruit and vegetables and added sugar.
    - Fat: I try to get more fat from non saturated fat, in moderation (i.e. avocado, olives, eggs yolk, almond butter (one TSP per serving), olive oil ( less than 0.5 tbsp a day), etc)
