Hello , I'm so not motivated some times to exercise . I would love to get some motivation from you guys to help hold me accountable for being lazy and not trying to eat right and get fit !

    We all feel like that at times. Take baby steps into eating clean and exercising. I started out walking for 15 minutes a day and gradually move up. If we don't care about our health, who will? You got this. :)

    Don't exercise if you don't like it. There are sports and games with equal intense if not more. Sports look intimidating to newcomers but they are just easy as the skills people possess. If you love drama and competition -- who doesn't? -- you'll love sports.

    Thanks ! I just need to find something I like doing and stick with it .
