First Time Workout Advice

Hey all!
Been on this journey for 52 days and lost three kilos from hiking, walking and swimming and eating cleaner.
I've decided now that I'm past the 50 day mark to finally join the gym and start strength and other cardio workouts.
I love a list to follow when it comes to working out, but the problem is, I never know what is too much and what is just right. This has scared me off from the gym before, because i overdo it then end up loathing it. As with hiking and swimming, I want to try learn to enjoy it.
So does anyone have any helpful websites on first time workouts? I've just been finding a lot of male body building ones so far!

When you join a gym, normally you get one trainer hour for free. They will put a plan together for you.0
