Hello my name is Alexandra and I'm about 5'1 and 110 pounds. After three years of college spent studying and sitting around, I've decided I want to get get the toned and muscular body I once had as a high school athlete. When I excersize now (which is pretty rare) I typically stick to cardio so trying to gain muscle mass is kind of new to me. Any recommendations or tips for trying to reach this goal? Diet habits, excersize routines, anything! Your help would definitely appreciated!
