Caving in.

I did pretty good today until my Husband ordered Dominoes and I couldn't resist. The salad I had didn't leave me full, so how could I say no? (If Dominoes wasn't ordered, I don't think I would've cave in to eating something else) It was difficult to keep myself from grabbing another slice. I want to be stronger than this. I need to be. I was good on calorie intake for the day, but after this, I'm over my limit.

You know, you can inorporate foods you like into your diet even if they aren't the healthiest. That is why some people have cheat meals/days to look forward to once a week to have continued motivation throughout their diet. Just make you sure you stay disciplined on the other 6 days.0

Anthony is correct, in moderation you can eat almost anything as part of your daily allowance. Hope that helps!0
