Finding Motivation

I love this app. It is so detailed, that it's easy to stay on top of what you're doing. Which I've done pretty good of, until today when I completely let myself cave in. For that, I would really love the motivation, being able to hear everyone's stories and being able to give feedback and getting feedback, back.. Is a good way to start. Let's add each other, and keep each other going! Because in the end we're all after the same thing

So almost everyone has cheat days. I had appendicitis in December and couldn't work out, so I went kind of wild on my diet, which is when you think you would focus on cutting more.. Anyway you just have to get back on the horse and go! I have decided that I do this to look good, but also so I can enjoy life and eat crazy stuff sometimes without it being a big deal. Sure I will put on a few pounds, but I just get in a deficit and lean back out.0
