Does coffee really have calories?
I've seen either somewhere between 2-20 or just 0.Opinions?
I'm a bit of a perfectionist.

    Check the nutritional information on your coffee, and it will tell you.

    Coffee does have calories. My coffee has about 3 calories for a cup (a measure cup, not a mug). So my mug of coffee is about 5 calories each plus any cream and sugar added.

    It doesn't say anything...But I looked it up on mfp and it says 0 calories as opposed to when I looked up generic coffee:/

    Look up "coffee-brewed from grounds." I think it's set at 2 calories per 8oz.

    I don't even count my black coffee's.........It really is hardly anything anyway ???
