Healthy amount and kinds of foods

I'm new and I want to know how often to eat and what to eat to see results? I am vegan so I don't know where to get my protein and I'm just so confused about what to eat and how much to eat

    You should eat so many calories that you keep your weight stable at a normal weight. If you are overweight, you should eat less than that, if you are underweight, eat more. You should eat as many times per day as you like. As a vegan you can eat anything that comes from a plant and not from an animal. Vegan protein sources are beans and grains in combination, nuts, and to some extent vegetables. Didn't you investigate what you were supposed to eat, before you went vegan?

    Well where did you get your protein before joining mfp? That's a good place to start. Beans, quinoa spring to mind.

    Girl vegans get protein from a lot of good plants.
    My best recipe is chilli, quinoa, beans, you name it!
    Also vega protein is pretty good(:
    I make smoothies (per usual); pancakes, cupcakes, etc.
