172lbs to 123lbs after 4 children, Photos!

Options
I am 27 years old, 5'3, and I've had 4 kids in 5 years. (3 natural births, 1 c-section, and birth weights ranging from 7lbs3oz to 9lbs 1oz)

I started using MFP in September 2012, I have so far lost 49lbs. I have only 4lbs left til my final goal of 119lbs (though I do wonder if I'll get there given how slow my weightloss is now)

Most of the weightloss has simply been through tracking calories, though I have gone through phases of experimenting with intermittent fasting, and now I try to stick to 16:8 (where I eat all my calories in an 8-hour window every day)

I exercise several times a week, mostly cardio, though I want to start increasing my weight and resistance workouts to gain more definition.

I wasn't huge before I lost weight, but at 5'3, 172lbs put me in the obese category. Now I am a healthy weight at 123lbs.

My biggest regret is not taking proper Before pics, so this is the best I have:

(I have lost another 10ish pounds since this was taken)

These are all recent:

    Wonderful! You rock!

Here is a proof that having children does not make it impossible to have a rocking body.
Up until few months ago, I believed that it was only possible for celebrity women with home gyms, personal chefs, trainers and nannies.

Fantastic! You give me hope as my story is similar to yours!

I'm 28, 5'4 and have had 6 pregnancies, 5 babies, all natural. My first was just 7lb 8 but the rest were between 8 1/2lb and 9lb 2oz (thankfully my youngest wasn't over 10lb as predicted but I was so enormous lol). I started my weight loss journey at 167lbs and now I'm down to 126lbs. I would like to try and get down to 117 and then focus more on the toning and firming as I still have the tummy overhang even though I've been working out.

Its great to see your success, you must be very proud of yourself. It really makes me feel like I can do this too.

Can I ask what workouts you were doing to get such great results?

    Thanks for sharing!
