Hi everyone! My name is Kristal(or Kris as I like to be called). I found out on February 3,2016 that I had PCOS. Symptoms I struggle with are irregular periods and the difficult task of losing weight. I've always ran track, but I've always been the bigger girl. I'm at 175 lbs.- the highest I've ever been. I'm determined to lose it and heal my PCOS naturally with the help of my fitness pal!

You might find relief by following a type 2 diabetic food plan where you eat a variety of foods and control your carb intake. Weight loss will be slow, but hopefully you will have more energy.
What ADA says about PCOS.
