Optimum Nutrition whey protien

I bought a jug of the Vanilla ice cream flavor. It tastes pretty good, probably even better with milk. I was using muscle milk, but it was higher in fat, and lower in protien per serving. I will update once I have taken it for a period of time.

    I use this whey almost exclusively and their casein as well. Whey protein is absorbed more quickly by the body than casein, so if I am low in protein at the end of a day, I drink the casein and let my body use it while I sleep.

    I use the vanilla. I love it. Also use in coffee sometimes.
