I am a Culinary student right now. I love fitness and exercise, which honestly is my life. I love everything about fitness. I love the feeling after a good run. I love the feeling of being strong. I love knowing I'm nourishing my body with whole and good foods. I love everything about it.

I want to help people eat healthier. I was wondering if anyone had tips for this goal?

    You could talk to local trainers and see if any of their clients would be interested in a meal prep service. Sometimes bodybuilding competitors in the final weeks of competition prep are tired of food prep. The only challenge to you would be making sure meals comply with their diets. Sometimes that means super low sodium or little variety, sometimes that means very different macros from day to day or week to week.
