New to Supplements - Increase Energy - Turbo Fire Program

Hello everyone,

I recently tried my friend's 'pre-workout' booster powder, not sure what it's called, but I found a renewed energy to actually kick-*kitten* in my workout! That being said, i want to know if anyone has any advice on the best supplements to take for a woman who's 28 years old and wants to really push hard and do 45 minutes of hardcore cardio/HIIT and then maybe half an hour of kettle bell.

I'm looking for:

• A good 'pre-workout' booster
• something to drink during the workout when fatigue hits
• something to take after so I don't feel so sore!

Also, does anyone have suggestions if I should take CLA, which is something my old trainer suggested. I still have half a box and I feel it did help me somehow, but maybe it's psychological.

Any advice would be appreciated! and it all has to be safe for me of course!
