Hey Everyone

Hey guys, so I'm going back to the basics this time around. I was on MFP a few years ago and it was a major contributor to my weight loss. I have gained back everything that I lost plus an additional 20! I am for the first time ever in the 200s and that scares the crap out of me. Since I've started eating clean this past week and stop drinking juice and soda I already lost 2lbs so I'm currently at 200.4
