Hi, my name is Larry (sadly lol). I used to weigh 130 lbs and over the years of just going to school and working call center jobs I've managed to find my way up to 290 lbs! Anyway, I can use all of the help and tips anyone may have, and I hope to lose 30-40 lbs by my birthday on July 16th

Welcome Larry! yea that name is kinda weird now I have an older brother named Larry lol Maybe try to identify the problem(s) before you set a goal. That usually helps0

Hi Larry, Try not to think of it as a diet more of a change in eating habits....that way u dont feel like ur depriving yourself. Be honest with yourself about wot u eat and u will be surprise just how much u secretly eat....or eat and ur not even aware ur doing it. It will be hard and at times a struggle but stay focused, slowly slowly and u will get there. Good Luck. :-)0
