Big lifestyle change would like to maximize results help?

Ok so I gained about 25 lbs and weight 225lbs since I got my first condo due to laziness, fast food, and not having a functional kitchen...
So it's been just over 3 weeks since I've really starting to get my health on track. I have worked out every day and burned at least 600 calories each time (I use the polar h7 hr monitor with digifit). Generally I will be on the treadmill max incline for 35-40 minutes and 3 times a week I will lift for about 30 minutes before the treadmill.
I eat roughly 2000 calories a day log everything I eat. I want to make sure I am eating the correct amount (I want to loose weight and tone up would like to hit 185-190lbs) I'm 5 ft 9 so not that tall but very muscular build.
So again I want to make sure my nutrition is good and would like any pointers anyone has. I have lost 10 lbs in 25 days seems pretty good.
