when should i weigh myself??

I am just wondering when i weigh in should it be before or after my workout?

Personally for me, I weigh myself after a workout, but just make you weigh yourself consistently after a workout to keep the readings accurate. It is all a matter of preference though.0

Do you not have a scale at home? The best time to weigh yourself is in the morning, naked, after going to the bathroom. Take out as many variables as possible.0

Just be consistent and understand that fluctuations are normal.0
