Tandem nursing - calories

I have a newborn and a 1 1/2 year old that are currently nursing.
Anyone knows how much extra calorie allowance that gives me ?

This is a much better question for your doctor. I'm sure some of the pregnancy boards have suggestions, but you want to ensure you are eating adequately to feed your kids.

I have no advice on that. I just wanted to say....holy moly! You must be freaking exhausted.
