Ive been having this issue due to squatting heavy i believe. How do you guys cope with this? Ps: i havent been squatting for about a week and it still kind of bothers me.

Always start by checking your form. Make sure your knees aren't crossing past your toes, etc. If you don't mind me asking, how many sets and reps are you doing? Even with good form, could be just over-exertion. I hurt my back squatting a whole back, took like two weeks to feel right, so patience is important.0

I was working up to 335x6
365 x 3
And a 1RM for 395
Then i would do a dropset with 315 ×8-12
I think i need to just drop the load off. Will buy a knee brace today and up my fish oil. Hopefully that helps.0 -
Yeah or reduce your reps. 335x6 is a lot. 315 x8-12 is crazy. Like good job but also you could be doing sets of 3 to 5 and still get a killer workout at that weight.0
