Hello I'm on my weight lost journey!!!! I started training as a boxer when I was 20 I was 235 pounds ppl wouldn't believe me but the scale don't lie! I lost major weight and weighed in at 137 pounds I was injured in 2013 nonboxing related and suffered nerve damage right before I was going to have my first match it took me out the sport and I shot back up to 230 thank goodness my body has muscle memory I started back on my journey April 4th 2015 weighing in at 230 I am now 188 and still losing I'm into high intensity workouts, I'm back training, and have sparked interest in crossfit. I'm happy I didn't allow my injury to keep me down for too long and got back to the old me!!!! #NEVERGIVEUP
