Lean meats. Grill a large steak and bell peppers and onion, then slice thinly and top with some provolone for Philly cheesesteak sandwiches. Bone in chicken breasts are awesome cooked over a campfire and the leftovers make great sandwiches.
Sweet potatoes just need wrapped in foil and tossed in the hot coals to bake and keep at room temperature. Same for corn.0 -
define "crappy" stuff or "stuff that is bad for you"....
There isn't anything inherently evil about any food....
Evil? No. But there are foods that increase risk of disease. I won't argue the semantics of "bad", but IMO that's bad.0 -
peanut butter and no sugar added strawberry/raspberry/blueberry or blackberry jam -- i like to keep it simple, I'm not a sandwich fan -- or sometimes just a plain old tomato or cucumber, easy peasy lemon squeezy! :happy:0
