Looking to go from Obese to Normal Weight

Hi,

I am Ravi, 30 years old. I am what you would call slightly healthy on the wrong side. My BMI says borderline obese, if there was such a thing .

Looking to lose weight (lots of) and be fitter.

Would need all the inspiration in the world to guide me.
