Very active

I changed my activity level to very active and now I'm at 1,700 calrories. I workout everyday and lose anywhere from 1,000-2,000 calories based on my polar watch with the heart rate monitor. I feel better but will I continue to lose weight? What is your activity level at? Anyone out very active?

What are you doing that you burn 2000 per day?0

Also, activity level is determined by type of job and stuff like that. I have a sedentary job so my activity level is sedentary. I lift 6 days a week and do 15-20 hours of cardio per week but that has no bearing on my activity level.0

I do Zumba, elliptical, weights, walking etc..0

Your HRM is going to be inaccurate for weights, as it's only meant for steady state cardio. As he stated above, exercise is not factored into your activity level, so you should adjust it to something that fits your lifestyle (job, home life, etc.)0

Yea, the HRM will only be accurate for the elliptical. The rest will give you inflated burns.0
