I have been 20 days into my weight loss program, for first 20 days I started out with eating right and calorie control and after that I took up the target of walking 10000 steps per day. Now in 20 days I have got great results with combination and lost 8 kgs so far. Now I wanna start a workout routine to help loose more fat and weight.
After lots of reading and trying I have some doubts. I am still 132 kgs of weight and that makes me quite difficult to do quite a lot of workouts. One of my very good friend who is quite fit has suggested me a set of kettle bells exercise as it also has weights so he suggest that will help weight lost faster and also build muscles. I tried doing all these exercises and I find it doable at my body weight and flexibility. So is the kettle exercises are good if I am trying to loose weight.
Also I have been reading a lot about circuit training, and from what I figure out, doing one full circuit and repeating it for 4-5 times gives better result. How does the circuit training is rated as compared to the station workouts or split workouts considering I am a beginner.
Here is a typical set I have made of exercises I am planning to use.
I wanna start with couple of warm up exercise
jumping jacks, superman, plank, wall pushups and than move to kettlebell
1 Kettlebell Around the body
2 kettlebell figure of 8
3. Kettlebell swings
4. Kettlebell Cleans
5. Kettlebell Halo
6. Kettlebell Dead Lift
7. Kettlebell squat curl
8. Kettlebell Bent over rows

That looks good. Are you planning on doing counts to certain amounts of whatever you're doing or HIIT style, with Like 45 seconds of exercise and 15 seconds of rest. And then a minute or two between circuits. I also like tabata style HIIT
I find thats most effective for me
. Goblet Squats are always awesome for me. Really push me.
Threaded lunges
Overhead lifts
Overhead lifts with knee raises
Bicep curls
Lunge and twist
I like the circuits from Body Fit by Amy on YouTube
And PopSugar has a good circuit from a cross fit trainer
I usually YouTube kettlebell workouts and follow along with the videos.0 -
Try the Dan John 10000 kettle bell swing challenge. It's divided over 30 days. Approx 300 swings a day spread through the day. You'll increase muscle and burn a ton of calories. Search it on tnation. It's a fantastic 30 day challenge0

I also follow the kettlebell workouts by Bodyfit by Amy on YouTube, much easier to follow a work out so you don't have to think about it!0
