Looking for people with similar goals and stats to help in motivation and understand specific struggles and process.

Short term goal: 199
Long term goal: 140
Exercise: Fitbit to get 10,000 steps in a day, weight lifting twice a week (LOVE TO LIFT).
Diet: Ominvore; lots of food from Latin America.

    Goal Weight: Idk, maybe 180? All websites say I should be around 150 but that doesn't seem reasonnable considering my stature...
    Exercise: Crossfit 4-5x a week + jogging 2-3x a week
    Diet: a little bit of everything, calculated, in accordance with my nutritionist

    Exercise: Elliptical, C25K (need to re-start though). Was doing Stronglifts 5x5 but got way off track when I was sick (same reason why I need to restart C25K) and haven't started again. 30 Day Shred. BIKING. Love biking. And rollerblading.
    Diet: Cheap, basic.

    Diet - lots of protein, lower carb (not no carb by any means!), fruits/veggies. trying to eat nothing processed, less sugar.

    @jlcbooth - at least we have the same goal weight, it seems. :)

    Starting weight (December 2015): 150 lbs / 68kg
    Current weight: no idea, taking only measurements atm as I don't have a scale right now. o:)
    Goal weight: around 135 lbs / 61-62kg (I don't care about numbers that much, how I look and feel like is much more important to me)
    Exercise:
    - recently started C25K
    - group fitness classes 3x week (similar to bodypump)
    - various other things when I get the chance to (e.g. ice skating, skiing, swimming)
    - would love to work out in a gym and try out lifting weight, but that has to wait until autumn
    Diet:
    - daily calorie goal set to 1400, protein goal set to 88g
    - omnivore with a love for fish, dairy products, potatoes... :)
    - lots of fruits and vegetables

    Diet: IF 16/8 (11am-7pm) not excluding any food groups, prioritising protein, around 1450 a day.
