Anyone have suggestions on how to break the plateau

    stay off the scale and if you are really concerned about progress, invest in calipers or body tape. they are a lot more accurate

    I'm currently trying to break through by weighing everything I eat at home (within reason). Recently some friends explained that measuring with cups, spoons, etc. is often inaccurate, so I may be eating more than I actually think, not leaving the deficit needed to lose. I didn't like this suggestion, thinking I am being very meticulous with my calorie counting, but I quickly learned that they were right. I'm not sure if this is causing my plateau, but I shall find out soon enough.
