    Baby steps... one meal at a time...one hour at a time...one day at a time.
    I struggle every day but I manage myself one meal at a time. I drink water first before eating something that I want and probably shouldn't have so when I do have it I eat less because I am full from drinking the water. Don't deprive yourself because you will binge....I learnt that the hard way......

    I'm in. I've been trying to lose 50 pounds for a year. I would lose like 20 the plateau and give up. I think this is going to make me much more accountable and encourage me for my gold weigh myself tomorrow because I've already had dinner tonight. :D
