Hi, I'm amber. I was in a bad relationship about a year ago and depression has caused me to gain a bunch of weight. But I decided that I'm going to take my life back!

    When I was in my early 20s I had a similar situation....but I lost almost 70lbs in 2 years.....and now in my late 20s after a job loss and bad year last year, and just having moved to a new town where I know no one for work, I've gained it all back. I'm in a good place now though and it's time to make some positive change!
