Help with activity level setting

I am having a hard time deciding on the activity level setting. I originally put sedentary, with a goal of losing 1.5 pounds a week. it gave me 1520 calories. I'm a hairdresser, work 4 days a week, anywhere from 4-9 hrs depending on how busy I am that week, but I am not always standing there either. I have no kids to chase around or anything, so when I'm home, I sit a lot. When I changed it to light activity, I get 1790 calories. Debating if I should custom set it in the middle.

I'm doing good where it is, today is day 10 and I was down 5.8 pounds this morning, so that was 9 days, but I have a lot to lose right now, so that's not surprising. I'm sure it will slow down after the first couple weeks. How do you guys pick the setting? I'm also thinking I'll need room to lower it as I lose. Thoughts?

I would put it at Light. You don't stand all the time as you say but I don't think it is the same as sitting all the time. I'm no expert though.
I'd put it on Light. Then keep it up for 2-3 weeks and see what results I get. Also I wouldn't count the first week from the diet start as we always lose a lot during it and it is not indicative.
