Abs & Core Exercise

Hello esteemed MFP community!

What kind of abs & Core exercise do you do?

I try my best to do a circuit after weight lifting for 30-60 minutes and I include the following if you find it useful try this maybe? ;)

Russian Twists (med ball optional for additional weight)
Shotguns
Plank
Spiderman Crawls
Superman's
Russian Twists (again)
Crunches (with a trunk twist)

I do about 30 seconds each with no rest between. As my fitness levels advance I will try to add more exercises or add more duration spent doing each exercise.
