So through out my weight loss it's been about 5 months and I've lost about 60 pounds.
I don't weigh myself anymore because when I kick *kitten* in the gym and find out I'm not loosing anything makes me upset.
I can tell changes in my stumic but not anywhere else.
My legs haven't changed and I need some help finding out why!?
I've heard its because all I do is cardio, like I don't do nothing with my chest, back and those kind of machines. Should I try them? Could that help me loose weight in my legs and stuff?

Well, the first thing is to make sure your diet is intact. Weight loss is done through your kitchen first.
Now as far as losing something specifically like targeting an area, it doesn't work like that. Cardio will help shred inches off and weight training will help build muscle which will also help.0 -
I am a big believer in strength training. Losing weight through cardio is great, but doing it along with strength training will help give the body the right shape instead if looking "skinny" or "deflated".
Depending on how much you need to lose you may only feel concerned about losing weight right now, but trust me, you will be much happier in the long run if you incorporate both.
if you incorporate both it will help you keep more of your muscle as you are losing weight. You want to keep as much as you can because muscle burns more calories as well.0 -

Unfortunately, we can't lose weight in a particular area of our bodies (spot reduce). Our genetics determine where on our body fat deposits are stored. If you continue to lose weight, eventually you will see the loses all over your body. If you're not still losing weight, try varying the type of cardio you do (switch from bike to elliptical or stair master or do sprints or HIIT or circuit training). Also, get a measuring tape (Wal-Mart has them for like $1 in the cloth isle with the sewing stuff) and measure your, whatever, thighs, arms or whatever you're trying to do. Just be patient and continue good eating habits and you will get there.0
