Hey everyone! My name is Jonathan and I'm big dude! I started my weight loss journey at 390lbs! I started seriously dieting in January 11, 2016 and as of today March 18, 2016 I'm down to 349lbs. I owe part of it to keeping loyal to my myfitnesspal diary and logging everything I eat and counting calories. It's really become a routine however eating the same thing gets boring and old. I want more ideas and I'm sure a lot of you out there have great low calorie food ideas. Please add me and share your diary!

    You are more than welcome to add me. My eating habits are far from perfect my diary contains some not so great food choices. But it's honest. I am currently on a mission to lose 100 pounds in one year ans then revaluate my final goal. I plan to do this by eating the things I love but in more reasonable portions because i will still have to maintain this weight once i reach my final goal. If I eat it I log it. This includes very low or none calorie items. I'm still working towards better food choices but more friends to help keep ourselves on track the better.
