I accept will use my 7lb weights. Not too heavy so I don't bulk up! My husband said my triceps were crazy big compared to the rest of my arms when we first got together hahahaa. I like tricep stuffs!

@squeekecho262 I'm definitely in on this one but I'll be doing it tomorrow. I don't have any dumbbells but last week I noticed the local library has a couple of sets to borrow. Not sure what weight they are or even what weight I should be using. But I'm going to drop into the library tomorrow and have a look at what they've got0

You can try grabbing random things around the house like tete said don't need much weight at all as long as ur squeezing your muscle tight and doing many reps!0 -
