    I accept :) will use my 7lb weights. Not too heavy so I don't bulk up! My husband said my triceps were crazy big compared to the rest of my arms when we first got together hahahaa. I like tricep stuffs!

    @squeekecho262 I'm definitely in on this one but I'll be doing it tomorrow. I don't have any dumbbells but last week I noticed the local library has a couple of sets to borrow. Not sure what weight they are or even what weight I should be using. But I'm going to drop into the library tomorrow and have a look at what they've got :smile:

    You can try grabbing random things around the house like tete said :) don't need much weight at all as long as ur squeezing your muscle tight and doing many reps!
