Hi my name is Stacy I'm a mother of two but I also help raise my 17 year old teenage brother. We share the same mother which we both lost this past September to cancer. He lost both mother and father within this past year to cancer. I was on here before and did very well losing weight then when my mom got sick an past away I fell off track lost interest an started emotional eating. I never overeat my problem is just lack of motivation an eating the wrong things. I can admit I have been very depressed since I lost my mom, she was my rock, my best friend, my pick me up, my support, my everything. We were very close, talked everyday. There is nobody else in my family I feel close to like that or even really talk to. I also work 3rd shift at night which has thrown everything off an makes it extremely hard for me to stay on track with healthy eating and we'll just about anything. I probably average about 4 hours of sleep a day between working, taking my kids to School and picking them up an just taking care of them when they are home. I'm also a light sleeper so I can only sleep when they are at School or if they are really quiet. Lol! What's that! Any advice would help me! I am 5'4 I weigh 183 but would love to get down to at least 150. 150 for me is good, I have a wide frame so sometimes if I go lower than that I look way to skinny! So that's 33 pounds to lose. I think if I hit 40 I'd be very happy with myself.
