Anyone know a high calorie drink that does Not contain serious amounts of sugar and sodium? Thanks in advance

    Best bet is probably whole milk - mix or blend it with other ingredients (peanut butter & oats for example) to up the calories.

    -whole fat milk 1-2 cups
    .5 cup of oatmeal
    1-2 scoops of whey
    2-3 tbsp of nut butter
    1 banana
    Ground flax seed (amount is personal Preference)
    1 cup of berries if you'd like

    I can hit 1/4-1/3 of my daily calorie intake with just that shake.
