Granted my exercise is not fab I drive a bus all day and then really don't do much I have lost a stone with this brill app but the last 4 weeks I have stayed level I need some advice and not just get off your fat butt... lol

The good thing is weight loss comes from being in a calorie deficit and exercise is for health.

I've found that when my weight loss stalls, it's because I've gotten sloppy with my logging: eyeballing instead of weighing good, not logging everything, etc.0

Your body has adjusted. Time to wake it up! Reduce calories by another 200-500 a day or only 200 calories and some exercise0
