What I have learned (after failing a few times)

I have learned to not eat between meals - changed from 3 meals a day to 4 smaller meals a day - so no excuse to snack - I found that I was eating all day long and running out of calories by 3 pm
I have learned that exercising excessively so I do not have to watch my calories does not work - I need to monitor both exercise and calories
I have learned not to buy multi packs of cookies or candies - one a day does not work - I end up eating the whole lot.

So very true. I am trying to apply the same - cut down on snacking between meals, it very quickly adds calories.0
