HIIT / Insanity DIY course suggestions please

Hello everyone - newbie here !
I do 25/30 mins cardio 3 X week and weight machines. Mon = back and shoulders, Weds = Legs and Fri = Arms and Abs. Really wanting to shift a stone and tone by August.

Any suggestions how I can create an Insanity course at the gym and how many times a week do people do this? Duration? With the above needed also or without?
Really appreciate guidance, advice, friendly critiscm, and ideas please X
