I am a stay at home mommy. And I would like more motervation and more to do with working out. Please anything. Will help

    Youtube has a good amount of videos to do. Channels to start with: BodyFit By Amy, Tone It Up, BodyRock, GymRa, Yoga With Adriene, FitnessBlender, Athlean-XX for Women

    You can always go the workout video way. T25, Insanity Max 30, 30 Day Shred. I've done the first two, but not the last one.

    You can invest in some exercise bands, a TRX, balance ball, BoSu ball, dumbbells, etc.

    There are a lot of ways to stay in shape without having to go to the gym, or you could go to the gym and start a weightlifting program like Stronglifts.

    You can try a Zumba class, pole dancing class, spin class, barre class, aerial silks class. There are a lots of options. It's just a matter of finding what you like.
