Does anyone have any experience with this program?
The gym in a town an hour away has a program starting two days a week.
I am looking for something fun yet beneficial to my weight loss goals.
I am very overweight, classified obese, but work out on a fairly regular basis. Riding bike, walking, insanity, Zumba etc.
If you have experience with it. Can a fat person do it?
Any insight you can give me would be great before I pay the registration fee and commit to drive there for the next three months.
