Hi, I'm 5ft 8in, started out at 260 lbs. I lost about 10 lbs. when I was sick for a week. That got me motivated to lose more. I'm presently at 228 lb, my goal is 150 lb. I'm being very diligent using MFP. I've been logging Everything I eat even when it's not so good for me. I joined a gym a couple weeks ago but starting slow on that because of health issues. Tonight, I actually fit easily into an outfit I haven't worn in 5 years.
