Getting started

Have given myself a goal of 1lb per week. Have been doing this for just a week and lost the 1lb however seems a whole lot more difficult then anything and would love to have it all go away right now?
Seems like such a daunting task? I take my hat off to all that have been doing this for a lot longer and persevered!
Onward and upward?!

    Do cardio man it works great. Also interval training for maximum fat loss. Get up you son of a bish cause Micky loves ya.
