Found this interesting.
it says that caffeine is a natural diuretic... really?! I want to say it makes sense, but I just don't know!
What are your thoughts?

I've always understood caffeine to be a natural diuretic. It's why I don't count my coffee towards my liquid intake for the day!0

Yes it is. but if this is related to your topic, DON'T drink it thinking it will help with water weight gain. It has chemicals and other stuff in it (along with sodium most of the time) that cause water retention as well (which is why you always feel bloated after drinking them)0

Tea and coffee are ok though in small amounts0

umm.. ok.. so I didn't know that stress can cause water weight gain.. that would explain my 2lbs gain this week. I am so so so super stressed to tears.

Yes that explains a lot! I always tend to bloat when Im stressed!...work it off!!0
