    Log it in when your eating it... just hit your macronutrients within that 24 hr period. When midnight hits your macros refresh until midnight again. It does not matter if your eating first thing in the morning or 1130 pm

    Anything before I go to sleep goes on the day which I woke up on.

    I used to do that whole from wake to sleep but having to keep clicking on previous day became annoying so I just do midnight to midnight now.

    I do previous day as I treat my morning weigh in as the cut over point.
